Drawbacks:

• The perceived draw-back is that the client does not get a fixed price at the onset, espacially for CORPORATES.

• Unfamiliar / new paradigm for new CLIENTS.

agile seems to be better than traditional from artciles, but clients would perceive an increased risk becasue teh scope is not fixed with a fixed price. They may understadn and agree with teh rationalle (see image), but further rightly argue that but this is a principle that may not hold consistently.

At Agileworks the reason why it is not a risk is that on first projects withg a client (when this agrument would be strong) is that as developers teh first time projects have very tight margins becasue teh costs of sales for landing a new client is very high. And, if we cannot retain our clients on teh long-term, then we simply do not have a business [artioculate nicely].
